Package: libatlas3gf-sse2
Version: 3.6.0-22
Severity: normal
Hi,
After accidentally installing libatlas-headers, libatlas-sse2-dev and
libatlas3gf-sse2, I quickly purged them again (everything from aptitude).
After this, I noticed that /etc/ld.so.conf.d/atlas.conf is still present
on the system.
$ ls -l /etc/ld.so.conf.d/
total 12
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 20 2010-12-07 19:32 atlas.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 64 2007-07-30 22:27 i486-linux-gnu.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 44 2009-01-04 19:01 libc.conf
$ cat /etc/ld.so.conf.d/atlas.conf
/usr/lib/sse2/atlas
$ dpkg -S /etc/ld.so.conf.d/atlas.conf
dpkg: /etc/ld.so.conf.d/atlas.conf not found.
$ dpkg -l "*atlas*"

I think /etc/ld.so.conf.d/atlas.conf should have been removed when the
package was purged.

Hi,
I am closing this bug because since 3.8.3-10, we are not longer using
ld.conf but alternatives.
