Hi a have problem when upgrading roundcube with mysql from 0.3.1-6 to
0.5-1. Mysql tables upgrade end with this error:

/usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/roundcube/upgrade/mysql/0.5-1:
mysql said: ERROR 1061 (42000) at line 14: Duplicate key name
'index_index'applying upgrade sql for 0.3.1-6 -> 0.5-1.
i making upgrade becouse 0.3.1-6 have bug fixed in 0.5-1 ... attachment
file cannot contains special regional characters like ľščťžýáíéúôň.
