libproc-processtable-perl fails to build on kFreeBSD.
The build system uses ExtUtils::MakeMaker hint files. The hints/$OSNAME script
is
supposed to be called before the build:

There is no hints/gnukfreebsd.pl script. On the other hand the linux.pl is

the test-suite run fine.
