When running cpudyn, mouse lags tremendously. It becomes nearly
impossible to e.g. resize windows.
Stopping cpudyn (/etc/init.d/cpudyn stop) or telling it to force high
performance mode (killall -USR1 cpudynd) makes mouse behavior go back to
normal.
Machine: Sony Vaio GRX-560
CPU: Pentium 4M
