Here's what I got when trying to upgrade from lenny to squeeze.
Setting up roundcube-core (0.3.1-6) ...
dbconfig-common: writing config to /etc/dbconfig-common/roundcube.conf
Replacing config file /etc/roundcube/debian-db.php with new version
dbconfig-common: flushing administrative password
sed: -e expression #2, char 70: unknown option to `s'
dpkg: error processing roundcube-core (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
roundcube-core
The problem is during main.inc.php processing if your config 'des_key'
contains sed-significant characters. Mine contained
$rcmail_config['des_key'] = 'DzLeL8qi-IY$yI=KE+1Elky&';
(which I guess was auto-generated on first install).
Substituing
$rcmail_config['des_key'] = 'AA';
and doing 'dpkg --configure roundcube-core'
completed successfully.
