Package: libccid
Version: 1.4.2-2
Severity: important

RSA_SecurID_getpasswd is quite useful but was removed. changelog says it solves
another bug with circular dependency but in that case i would expect another
-bin or -tool package containg the tools which i couldn't find.

The binary is no more included in the Debian package to solve the circular dependency issue #612972.

Only very few people use RSA_SecurID_getpasswd. You need to have a RSA SID-800 device.

I don't think having a ccid-tool Debian package for a few tens of users and containing only 1 very small program is worth the effort. I do not plan to create such a package. Sorry.

The program has not changed in years and will not change the in foreseeable future.. I propose you to copy a version in /usr/local/bin or ~/bin

Bye,
