Package: gnome-media
Version: 2.6.2-0.2

It seems like there is no "Preferences" menu entry anymore
in gnome-volume-control 2.6.2. Is it bug or feature?

Please note that Help associated with 2.6.2 still describes
how to operate "Preferences", which doesn't appear in
menu anymore.

Without "Preferences" it is not possible to disable/enable=20
mixers shown in main gnome-volume-control dialogue. Moreover
the dialogue window is too small to show all the detected
(or misdetected) mixers, so 1) it looks pretty ugly with
horizontal scroll bar and 2) it is pretty annoying to use=20
scrollbar every time I need to reach useful mixer show "beyond"
the window area.

Package: gnome-media
Version: 2.10.2-0.2

gnome-media 2.10 allows one to select mixer channels and switch mixers through
the menu. So that should solve the bug.
