doesn't build on alpha, hppa, hurd-i386, ia64, mips, mipsel, s390. If
you try to build it in one of these archs the following error appears
(and in this case build tries to continue):
#error "No atomic operations defined for your platform!"

Then you should take it out of the source architecture list and request binary
removals on the architectures that are no longer supported. Given that we obey
the architecture list, we won't add it to P-a-s.
