Hi,

The three lines added to oci_lob_load() in ext/oci8/oci8_interface.c
results in a FTBFS for that module, as it refers to filename variables that
don't actually exist in the function. :P

I am sorry, but oci8 isn't supported by Debian team, so I am closing
the bug. Anyway you can send a patch if you care enough, I will
include it if it doesn't create any considerable amount of time to
merge it.
