python3.1 is no longer supported as a python3 version in Sid. Currently the
supported python3 version is python3.2. Please update your package to work
with python3.2.
You might consider using dh_python3 (--with python3) and using python3/-dev
instead of the python3.x to ease future transitions.
Once the current python3 transition is finished, the severity of this bug
will be raised.
