I've downloaded and installed the DAAP plugin, but when I enable dynamic
mode, exaile only uses the (few) files in my local connection and none
over DAAP. Obviously, I'd like to be able to use DAAP files in dynamic
mode, so I don't have to mount my music over sshfs.
To make this more generic (so as not to be a plugin-specific problem),
I'd like exaile to use network locations as part of the collection in
dynamic mode.
