Bug Fixes
* BUILD_REQUIRES will not be used when generating ppd, PRINT_PREREQ and
'requires' section of META.yml (Alexandr Ciornii)
This fix will properly list required packages for building in META.yml
which in
turn will be used by cpantesters to automatically test modles on cpan.
Without that fix tests will fail if a module is only required for
building but
not for using the module.

This is now available with the perl 5.12 package in unstable.
