wanna-build installs its config file as /etc/buildd/wanna-build.conf,
but the program expects to find it in /etc/wanna_build/wanna-build.conf.
I think this is a side effect of commit ee195178, which sets
WANNA_BUILD_SYSCONF_DIR.

I think this was fixed quite a long while back. However, wanna-build
was removed in sbuild 0.62.0, so it's no longer applicable in any
case.
Note that wanna-build is available in a separate (non-packaged) git
repository should you require it.
