Everytime the iPod was synched using gtkpod the clock shows an offset of 7
hours to
the local time (GMT+1). The internal time zone on the iPod is set up
correctly. The environment variable TZ seems to make no difference.

I'm closing this bug report since the issue seems to be resolved in
upstream in the last package (tested on an iPod Mini 4GB first generation).
Please, re-open this bug if the issue is still not solved for you.
