Version 4.5.0 has added a manpage for strongswan.conf but that seems to be
missing from the package.

Hi,

/usr/share/man/man5/strongswan.conf.5.gz is now installed in
strongswan-starter package. The man page should have maybe been
installed in libstrongswan instead next to the config file.

Anyway, closing this report.
