Translation?

Attached you will find the file pt_BR.po. It is UTF-8
encoded and it is tested with msgfmt and
podebconf-display-po.

this translation is actually included in unstable already, but the
.changes did not contain it so the bug is not auto-closed. I close it
now, sorry for this.
