Hi,

The included utility cronosplit specifies that input log files must be
in the Common Log Format.  However, while examining the cronosplit
source, I found that it's clear that the utility can also perfectly
process the NCSA combined/XLF/ELF Format, which I believe is the
default setup for logging from Debian's apache package.  Thus, one
would imagine many folks might be using it.  That being so, it would
be nice for users to know that the cronosplit script works with it.
Hence the following manpage patch:
