Package: wget
Version: 1.8.2-10
Severity: wishlist

I'm using wget as part of a cron job in a Debian package. The options
I would like to give to the user are report errors, report when files
are downloaded, and report everything. Neither the -q or -nv options
of wget are suitable for either of the first two options: -q
suppresses errors and -nv prings a FINISHED line even when nothing was
transfered. (The transfers are only done when the files are updated.)

Hello Blars,

regarding http://bugs.debian.org/201399 wget changed some of the logging
and reporting optin behaviour sind your reported 1.8 version.

If I#m wrong and something is still missing please tell me/the BTS and
the bug will be reopened.
