Package: wget
Version: 1.8.1-6
Severity: important
after upgrading wget from potato to woody, it is not possible to do a
recursive get via a ftp_proxy. The following command lines only get a
directory index as html:
ftp_proxy=http://www-cache.uni-mainz.de:8080/ wget -r
ftp://ftp.uni-mainz.de/pub/Linux/debian/pool/main/c/crypt++el/
ftp_proxy=http://www-cache.uni-mainz.de:8080/ wget -r
ftp://ftp.uni-mainz.de/pub/Linux/debian/pool/main/c/crypt++el/ -A "*.deb"
The potato version was able to do this.
