Severity: normal
While trying to play the wordsgame, gcompris segfaults, usually while
typing, and often while typing the last letter of the word. I did
get it to fail even before typing anything, once. The output to the
terminal is:
** (gcompris:30594): WARNING **: opened module
/usr/lib/gcompris/libwordsgame.so with name wordsgame
** (gcompris:30594): WARNING **: We found the correct plugin for board

zsh: 30594 segmentation fault /usr/games/gcompris
It hasn't crashed with any other game. If I run it from with gdb I get
the above message plus:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
[Switching to Thread 16384 (LWP 30607)]
0x40d7b4dd in mallopt () from /lib/libc.so.6
(gdb) zsh: 30606 killed gdb /usr/games/gcompris
The last line is only because I killed gdb from a window (in another
desktop workspace) after waiting 5 minutes.
