firmware-b43-installer is uninstallable on my system as it does not recognize
my wireless card (Broadcom Corporation BCM4321 802.11a/b/g/n [14e4:4328]) as a
valid one. Here is the output of aptitude full-upgrade:

This card is partialy supported by the b43 driver since 2.6.37 or 2.6.38
kernel and manual installation of firmware version 5.10.56.27.3 from
http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/b43#Other_distributions_not_mentioned_above

is working pretty well.

Please update firmware version and compatibility tests.

Some features as not usable according to linux wireless but the driver is
stable and I do not have serious problems with it.

At the actual state the package does not fails anymore if installed for
an unsupported card type.
This *NOT* means it installs the firmware for unsupported devices also.
If you want this file a wishlist bug but my opinion remains the same:
there is no reason to install the firmware also if the card is
'unsupported' from b43 drivers.
And please, do not reopen this bug unless there is a *real problem*
during the installation of package, as initially reported from Landry.
