Package: linux-image-2.6.39-2-amd64
Version: 2.6.39-2
Severity: normal

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---

When my system (Lenovo T410) resumes from standby (STR), my eth0 interface is
dysfunctional (network-manager claims no cable is plugged in). Removing the
e1000e module and reloading it fixes the problem.

This has happened several times now, at work where I only have a wired
connection. Often the machine has also been used with a wifi connection at home
beforehand; don't know if this is always the case.
