data already tracked by etckeeper. Please add them to the default ignore list.

This has been suggested before, but since keeping those files in git
adds essentially zero overhead (since they're copies of other content in
git), and since one would expect to have their passwd- backup files when
restoring /etc from a backup done by etckeeper, I choose to keep them by
default.
