Package: libnotify-bin
Version: 0.7.3-2
Severity: normal

After upgrading libnotify-bin 0.5.0-2 to libnotify-bin 0.7.3-2 (which happened
17-08-2011) it stops working. I'm using Debian Testing AMD64 system, with some
packages from unstable (but unrelated to GNOME environment). I tried it on
different kernels and different graphics drivers, notifies just didn't show up.
Command:
notify-send "Hello" "Hello"
Doesn't work as it was before. All notifies from Banshee or system disappears.

notification-daemon (0.7.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Michael Biebl ]
  * Remove obsolete man page for notification-properties. (Closes: #637088)
  * Install autostart file for desktop environments which don't provide
their
own notification system as notification-daemon is no longer started on
    demand via dbus activation.
...

gnome-session (2.30.2-3+sid1) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Josselin Mouette ]
  * Conflict with gnome-splashscreen-manager. Closes: #605111.

  [ Michael Biebl ]
  * Remove gnome3-session bits, superseded by gnome-session and
    gnome-session-fallback.
  * Add dependency on notification daemon.
  * Install autostart file for notification-daemon to activate the
notification system on session startup. Closes: #636435
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2. No further changes.
