The present package demands non-expiring rules
to be formulated like

    s/this/that

i.e., without a closing slash. Inserting such
a slash will switch off the rule immediately,
since the source code interprets this as

    s/this/that/0

Traditional sed-like expressions such as

    s/this/that/

should preferrably also imply non-expiring validity.
This will be mended in the next package upload.

Regards,
Mats Erik Andersson, package maintainer of Netsed.

Package: netsed
Version: 1.00b-2

This unwanted behaviour was mended in the recent upload
of version 1.00b-2, but I forgot to mention it in the
changelog. The upstream author has accepted our patch,
so next official release will erase the last trace if
this nuisance.

M E Andersson, maintainer of this package.
