Package: pdb2pqr
Version: 1.7-1
Severity: important
The package fails to build on armhf ( and on mips/mipsel (R_MIPS_HI16)
relocation errors. In all 3 cases, the linker suggests rebuilding with
-fPIC, which does actually work.
I suggest either of 2 solutions:
a) add exceptions for those 3 arches to build with -fPIC added to the CFLAGS or
b) build the package with -fPIC by default on all arches - this was
actually the recommended action by other developers when discussed on
IRC.
