The 'debug' keyword does not produce a package with debug information,
as every binary is automatically stripped by the upstream buildsys.
Changing CFLAGS is not enough, you need to pass --enable-devel to the
configure script for this to work.
Btw, you also should also comply with policy 4.9.1 (noopt and nostrip
instead of debug), and could provide a -dbg package as well.
