Package: gnome-panel
Severity: important

Currently changing system time from clock applet does not work.
Running time-admin from commandline works. I believe it is something
to do with policykit and gksu. I'm not sure if this is the right
package (could it be system-tools-backends?).

You have to keep reminding your government that you don't get your
rights from them; you give them permission to rule, only so long as
they follow the rules: laws and constitution.
