        Hello,

nettle-dev does not provide a .pc file for use with pkg-config. This
would be much more convenient to detect the development package from
autotools and friends.

And it's included in the package, since 2.3-1. (It's in 
/usr/lib/$DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH/pkgconfig, in case you looked in the wrong 
place.)
