Please drop the build-dep on svgalib and pass --disable-svga to the configure
script. svgalib is dead upstream for a long time, supports only vintage graphic
cards, is limited to x86 and very problematic from a security PoV (since it
requires root privs).
Anyone with such a exotic need can still rebuild the package locally.
