With the release of Jabber 1.4.4 it was noticed that there are licensing
concerns regarding the Jabber Open Source License. Packaging of the
1.4.4 release has been pending resolution of these issues. I need to
follow up with the upstream author again and see if he has succeeded in
relicensing everything under the GPL as he'd previously indicated he
would try to do.
