Hi, several of the recommends for the tor package are appropriate for
client users, but not relay use cases. These include...
- polipo / privoxy
- socat,
- torsocks / tsocks
These should probably be suggests instead. The tor package's other
recommends (logrotate / tor-geoipdb) are useful for both use cases.
I'd also suggest that we rethink the current suggests
(mixmaster/mixminion are pretty ancient and I've never heard of
anon-proxy).
Cheers! -Damian

Closes: 640264 640265
Changes:
tor (0.2.3.4-alpha-1) experimental; urgency=low
.
* New upstream version.
* Make patches/06_add_compile_time_defaults build without compiler warnings:
- use config_find_option_mutable() instead of config_find_option()
if we're going to mess with the return value,
- Correctly declare functions as having no arguments instead of not
telling the compiler which arguments it'll have.
* Suggest tor-arm (closes: #640265).
* Downgrade socat and polipo|privoxy to Suggests (closes: #640264).
