There is a bug in the execute method when dealingn with select into
queries: it checks using a simple regexp if a select statement is about
to be executed and if so it will declare a cursor. This does not work
for select into queries, which do not support cursors. Unfortunately
the current approach of using a regexp to check for exceptions does
not work very well since it is not possible to reliable check for
select into statements without parsing the statement.
