Dear Matthias,

The file you patched is not used to build seqan version 1.3, so I close this
bug.  But I do not know if version 1.3-1 has other problems with ld
--as-needed, so please do not hesitate to reopen if seqan 1.3 can not be built
on Ubuntu for this reason
