mountall-bootclean and mountnfs-bootclean invoke /lib/init/bootclean.sh
which cleans out /var/run. This makes the screen-cleanup initscript
entirely redundant. Please consider removing it.

Which is wrong since /etc/init.d/screen-cleanup does more than just
clean up /var/run/screen.

As this bug was reported based on wrong assumptions, I'm closing it
