GNOME and KDE file managers don't offer pdf_presenter_console as an
alternative when opening PDF files. To use it, one has to go through
the console. By installing an appropriate .desktop file, this would
be made easier. I have attached a simple sample file that gets the
job done for me. Use at your own risk. ;-)
