Hello,
while researching the id3lib3.8.3 transition I noticed k3b doesn't
make use of this library anymore since upstream release 0.12.x,
instead they now prefer taglib.
So I guess the Build-Depends on libid3-3.8.3-dev could be dropped.
Please note that I didn't check whether other Build-Depends could be
dropped as well...
