Package: libpam-ssh
Version: 1.92-7
Severity: normal
Hello,
Today I switched to kdm for a while and I basically copied the config
that works fine with gdm to kdm:
,----[ /etc/pam.d/kdm ]
| #
| # /etc/pam.d/kdm - specify the PAM behaviour of kdm
| #
| auth required pam_nologin.so
| auth required pam_env.so readenv=1
| auth required pam_env.so readenv=1 envfile=/etc/default/locale
| # use pam_ssh for authentication
| auth sufficient pam_ssh.so
| @include common-auth
| session required pam_limits.so
| @include common-account
| @include common-password
| @include common-session
| # if pam_ssh was sucessful then also add the passphrase to ssh-agent
| session optional pam_ssh.so
`----
The problem is kdm behaves as if pam-ssh doesn't exist, it just goes on
prompting for my password. In case you're wondering, I also did a full
system shutdown.
Regards,
Andrei
