Hi,
The reported issue seems to have been consisted of two issues:
- starting the pages with "- -4pc - -4pc"
- bad output regarding the listitem - no longer reproducible
The first was a bug in xmlto (#257836), which has been fixed version
0.0.24. The latter is not longer reproducible. I'm closing this report.
Regards, Daniel
