Package: autofs
Version: 4.1.4-13
Severity: normal

When updating autofs I found all my mounts failed. I managed to narrow it
down to 077_dont_create_remote_dirs. Looking closer, it turns out this
patch is parsing /etc/mtab and relying on the first character being a
'/' to decide if its a local filesystem.

It turns out my root is on ramfs, and the /etc/mtab entry looked like:

none / rootfs rw,errors=remount-ro 0 0

I can work around the fail by changing the first field to have a slash,
eg:

/dev/ram / rootfs rw,errors=remount-ro 0 0

I feel that parsing /etc/mtab isnt very robust, but if we are going to
do that, it would be good to have a more verbose error message about the
fail.
