Package: puredata-core
Version: 0.43.0-4
Some kind of wishlist bug,
I suppose puredata-core is meant to provide a strict vanilla version of
puredata.
Don't know how to argue but I don't feel Gem is particularly essential for
puredata.
By default, aptitude installs recommended packages. Gem in turn depends on
several multimedia libraries.
Eventually, I would understand "puredata" package to recommand Gem, while
"puredata-core" would not.
