Package: qemu-utils
Version: 1.0+dfsg-2
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/qemu-nbd

the command
# sudo qemu-nbd -P 1 -c /dev/nbd1 debian_squeeze.qcow2
fails, whereas
# sudo qemu-nbd -P 1 -c /dev/nbd1 `pwd`/debian_squeeze.qcow2
succeds

It seems that qemu-nbd wants full path names.

My sudo does not change working directory: I checked
it before posting this bug report , using 'sudo ls' and 'sudo pwd'.

Moreover I also tried to:
 # su -
 # cd that_directory
 # qemu-nbd -P 1 -c /dev/nbd1 debian_squeeze.qcow2
and it fails as well.

Moreover I have installed qemu in two different architectures:
1) a Debian/squeeze system, where I compiled the upstream tar.gz
2) a Debian/wheeze system, where I installed the
  Debian/experimental packages,
and the problem shows up in both systems.

So this bug is open. If you really cannot reproduce it, tag it
 'unreproducible'.
