The PAM configuration file, /etc/pam.d/kermit, still uses the out of date
pam_unix_auth, pam_unix_acct, and pam_unix_session modules. This prevents any
users from logging-in via iksd.

A quick work-around is to use the sshd PAM config in place of the one shipped
with kermit.

This was fixed in version 301-1, which has reached testing (well,
testing now has 301-2, and will soon have 302-1).
