When moving a lxterminal tabbed session to the left, and then calling
rename on the tab title, the wrong tab is being renamed. Apparently,
lxterminal still uses the old order before changing the sequence of tabs
internally.

We believe this bug is closed in upstream release 0.1.11 though there
was a patch addressed on this bug on 0.1.10-2.
