Package: scim-python
Version: 0.1.13~rc1-3
Severity: important

Hello,

On armhf, your packages FTBFS as follows:

  checking for python-enchant... no
  configure: error:
Your system does not have python-enchant, please install it or run
"./configure --disable-english-writer".
You may also use "./configure --enable-english-writer=force" to foce
build this english engine.
        make: *** [build-2.6/configure-stamp] Error 1

  Full log available at:
   <
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=scim-python&arch=armhf&ver=0.1.13~rc1-3&stamp=1324749852
 >

As described at debian-arm and debian-python mailing lists:

The package seem to build fine installing as build-dependency
`libenchant-dev'. OTOH, I am unsure why this issues does not show on other
architectures.

As a side note, it looks like config.guess shoulg be update it in the
packaging at least using later file shipped by autotools-dev (>=20110511.1), so
the configure system can detect properly build/host GNU system types.

  Kind regards,
