Hi,
similar to Bug #512782 reading the fonts in via readRC breaks
instantanious font updates via XSETTINGS. Attached patch shows the
problematic piece of code. Disabling this together with an updated
gtk-qt-engine as hacked together in #512782 allows for instantanious
font updates via XSETTINS.
