This package was prevented from migrating in 2006 by filing
bug #368905 but when the reason for the package not
migrating was fixed, the bug was not closed. The bug was
pinged in 2009 and again in 2010 with the only response
being that interchange-doc no longer used the same
documentation as the interchange package which it was
meant to be documenting. interchange-doc was therefore even
more useless.
Please remove from unstable.
