The postinst script does not give read rights to other on the conf
files, /var/lib/sympa or /var/spool/sympa.  This stops the Web
interface from working as it is running as the Web user www-data.

Hello,

the bug report seems unfounded - the local administrator did run 
wwsympa.fcgi with the wrong user. Furthermore the submitter didn't 
receive my message because of broken DNS (IP as MX). Therefore
I'm closing this bug.
