Package: mysql-server
Version: 4.0.22-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

I created a BDB table and changed it to InnoDB afterwards. Then, mysqld fails to
start with the following errorĀ :

mysqld[9717]: 041104 9:42:19 bdb: Recovery function for LSN 1 29242 failed
mysqld[9717]: 041104 9:42:19 Can't init databases
mysqld[9717]: 041104 9:42:19 Aborting

I found a bdb log file log.XXXXXXXXXX
Everything is fine again after its deletion.

The statement on the website is:

"BDB support will be removed.
Note that, as of MySQL 5.1, BDB isn't supported any longer."

So closing this bug as irrelevant.
