Well, README.Debian is a format with announcements denoted by their
time. And it's not like their content no longer applies.
I've removed it anyway to avoid confusions. Thanks for the suggestion.

Well, the example might be taken from a no longer common case, but I
found no more current example, so I think it is still better than not
having it.
